Aveda uses 3 powerful absorbers-cornstarch, tapioca starch, and kernel flour. This might sound like a good idea, but without the alcohol, the powdery substances do not dissolve well. This leaves the formula dry causing it to clump. The alcohol-based dry shampoos dispense in a mist. Aveda Shampure is more like a shot of powder exploding on your head.
You can not help but adore the aromas, but your hair will be a tangled mess with the Shampure hitting areas irregularly.
